Hello, I was wondering if someone could possibly PC this item:

Furious Summit Axe of Fortitude
Slashing Dmg: 6-28(Requires 9 Axe mastery)
Damage +15% (While enchanted)
Double adrenaline on hit (Chance: 9%)
Health + 28

I'm not much into them but a friend of mine was looking for a similar one a while ago.. i'd say around 40k for it but could be very wrong.

I think 40k is way too low to be honest, I'm told Summit axe's are very rare, and this being a req 9, and perfect damage bonus, I was thinking 100k + (although im not sure exactly how much)

Well that friend of mine paid 50k for a req 8 and he got a really good deal, that's why i said 40k for a req 9, but i told you i don't know too much about them so i could be wrong.

Did it have a perfect damage bonus?

Yes he was looking for a 15% ench and a 15>50 halfmoon both req 8.. he paid 80k for the lot.

Oki if you take a look on the High End section there's a req 10 +15>50 with a buyout of 100k, so i guess 40k is a fair price for yours.
